Hot times, summer in the city...

Hey y'all! As usual, life has been pretty steady with us. This past month, Rowyn has been enjoying daycare, spending lots of time outside and has even rolled over!  Since starting daycare about a month ago, she has become more interactive and trying to be more moblie....lucky us! No worries, she's not crawling yet...but she is moving lots from her back to her tummy and is almost ready to sit up!  She also loves looking in the mirror and talking to the 'other' Rowyn :-) Even though daycare was a little hard at first, we are so pleased and grateful to have found a great spot for her. The ladies treat her so well and are genuinely sweet to our lil Ro!

We've had a few more outings on the weekends.  Went to the shell for some good folk music, to Lindsey and Nate's house for a pool party, out to dinners and strolling in Overton Park.  Last weekend, our neighbors across the street agreed to watch Ro so we could have a date night. We went to the Redbirds game and had a great time.  Likewise, our neighbors had lots of fun playing with Rowyn, holding her and rocking her to sleep. We're very blessed to have so many people around who care for her like we do!

This weekend being the 4th and a long weekend, we're headed up to St. Louis to see our good friends, Katie & John. This will be Rowyn's first time visiting friends...I know she'll have fun. Hopefully we'll hear more of her cute baby laugh with the D'Agostino shenanigans!
