Been keeping busy the past few weeks. Rowyn is doing great and interacting more and more with us! She is so happy in the mornings and when she wakes up from naps :) Must mean she's well-rested...
She's been sleeping great at night - usually from 10 p - 6 a! Chris and I are thrilled! Although this may not last long, teething is right around the corner...she's been using her fist a lot to comfort her gums. We just got our our little teether toys and put them in the freezer...supposed to help soothe those gums.
We're getting out with Rowyn more, now that the weather is warming up (except the 30's last weekend!). A few weeks ago we took her down to the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival. It was a little warm, but she didn't mind. She ended up sleeping most of the time. She also came to brunch with us at the Beauty Shop and was a good little baby. It's amazing how good she is when she's been fed :) Like mama...
More outings to come. We have our annual BBQ fest this year. Although, Chris and I have taken the year off from the team, we're still planning to visit some...with and without Ro. It's so nice to tote her around with us.
Oh, we also had her professional photos taken. What an experience. The photographer actually came to our house and shot her here. Unfortunately, Rowyn was pretty fussy that day (a Friday), so Deanna (the photographer) came back the next day and finished up. Ro was a bit better that day, although she still had her moments. But, I think we got some great shots. We won't get the edited photos back for a while, but we got a "sneak peak" at one of them. Here it is:

Katie, she's beautiful!! I miss you and hope you are doing well. I must say, you were the best co-worker I've ever had. sob.... :) But really, we need to get together next time I'm in town. I would love to finally meet Rowyn!
